Oh wow, it REALLY has been quite a while. Much like an unintentional hiatus i guess. Just a lot of things going on around me, both good and bad.. and I've been pretty much caught up with everything. It's crazy. It feels different with Uni. I had a chat with my Environmental Policy debate mates about how it feels different to be master students now, compared to our degree years. The amount of readings. Seriously, the amount of books i've borrowed this past month is more than how many i borrowed the past three years. Haha!
I had a bad week last week. Everything bad possibly happened to me. First, my laptop crashed. Apparently, the harddrive failed a couple of tests, so they're waiting for a new one to arrive. It might cost me around 40-70pounds. I'm yet to get a call from the IT shop, not doing a good job at that i have to say. Then, one of the nights I was done with doing work, I was balancing my phone on top of the 6 books i was holding right.. and guess what? I dropped my freaking phone perfectly in my cup of tea that was on the table. That sucked. I panicked and started drying it with my hairdryer. HAHA. So, other things that happened: i fell down the stairs and hurt my back and little pinky, got random cuts on my right hand from i dont know where... erm... and other little stupid things. I was a kluts the whole week.
Okay, i'm sleepy. I can't do this. I'll do this quickly:
- I finally get to experience a Ziarah with His Majesty in London this Sunday. Going down for a day trip with the rest of the Cardiff people.
- I have 2 essays due in 2 weeks. In between that i have 2 debates and a big group presentation.
- I like my course a lot. It changes my view on things.. little things... in so many ways. And makes me want to do so much for the world. I've added more goals in my list of things-to-do-before-i-die which i really hope to accomplish in the very near future.
- I want to travel around the world. Go Backpacking and want to experience the different culture, and way of living by different groups. I'd probably wana share that experience with another person though.
- Our house is awesome clean right now. We've been kind of obsessed with keeping it clean ever since. Which i like :)
Oh, Umie and I finally went to one of the cafes in the arcade earlier in the afternoon. We went to the one called "The Plan". It was lovely. We had their hot chocolate with whipped cream and flake. And i had their hot chocolate muffin with ice cream and chocolate sauce while Umie had their scones. Nyaman! It was ermm... proper. Worth the money i spent. Then we met up with Baz and went to Borders where we met Justin Timberlake!!...
... Im kidding. Umie was saying how that guy looked like him. He really did! Only that he had a beard and a pot belly. We were saying how it might be him and that he just didnt want to be attacked by fans. Undercover kinda thing. So when we were about to go out, we went back in to get another look at him.... for quite a while. It REALLY did look like him!! It would really suck if it was really him. HAHA. Oh, i should also mention that he was probably freaked out that we were staring at him cause he kept looking our way and trying to get out of the shop. HAHA. Embarassing much?! =P
I cant believe its the 1st of December already. Going to Rome in around 2 weeks. I cant wait!
Okay. Good night everybody. Hope you have a good weekend :)
